Truth Be Told . . .
What if from the very beginning of the Iraq war we were told they wanted to create a free democratic country in the center of the Middle East would we have signed on?
I’m not sure, probably not. But now we’re there and if we leave it in a shambles, our children’s children are going to pay.
Ok, stop the lies, Mr. President . . . You stalled, congress let you and you’re still on the same, go the course path. Give us details, tell us your plans. Let us determine if it’s where this country needs to go . . . We don’t have, want or need a dictator.
I wonder if the numbers will rise to Vietnam’s Level?
Maybe we should create an Iraq Wall butting up to the Vietnam Wall and in the middle the pictures of two Presidents authorizing the use of force, with the lies that got us their . . . But then we’d discredit the memories of our brave sons and daughters.
Or maybe we need a museum just for Presidents and the lies they told . . . Just a thought, the brave few.
