Fear and the Media . . .
What do Michael Vick, Paris Hilton, Martha Stewart and even O.J. have in common?
The media circus hung them out to dry . . . And each day it continues. And we hold some people accountable and others we allow off for much worse things, i.e. Bush and his bunch of hoodlums . . .
Why? I’m not sure. Maybe because Bush wears Teflon armor and everything just bounces off him . . . But what’s going to happen when we get a new president? More of the same, I’m afraid . . . Because we allowed it in the first place, only this time it’s going to be the other party.
Mr. Bush still has over five hundred days in his term . . . That seems so long to do without . . . What if we have another tragedy? Another hurricane? Earthquake? Forest Fire? War?
No one can stop him, no one will be able to stop the next either. Where were we when all this happened? Where were the Germans?
Our heads were buried in the sand and then we lost the America that I knew . . .
