Does anyone know what’s going on?
News out of Iraq is CRAP . . . Nonexistent. Does anyone really know what’s going on? Black Water had a fire fight and killed some Iraq’s, supposedly ten or so. Who is Black Water, mercenaries or civilian security guards? Supposedly they have their own black heavily armed force of twenty-five thousand in Iraq, to guard private company’s interests . . .
A month ago, one of the Chicago papers had an article about Black Water having a contract to train police cadets for the University of Illinois, the leading school for cadets. The drift of the article was the apparent favoritism of the head of that department. At the time of the piece he was in Iraq being paid by Black Water.
Black Water has a school for recruitment and training in North Carolina and now one in Illinois.
Does the US employ a private army? Don’t be surprised by anything, not anymore.
